Ladies and Gentlemen I give you the one and only... Rob "Diesel" Dion.
Rob Dion, Penn State class of 2013, is a man that goes by many names; "Skinny" "Skinny Rob" "Diesel" "Skinniest Kid Ever" "Beanpole" and more commonly "Holy Shit this kid is skinny". Do not let Skinny Rob's stature fool you, he is a master of the mental games and will not hesitate to inflict serious physical and mental pain when the situation calls for it. At Xaverian Rob started his lacrosse career off as a very skinny (common theme here) awkward freshman short stick who had about as much lacrosse flow as Helen Keller did when she spoke. I mean come on look at the helmet... Woof. But after a very eventful summer between freshman and sophomore year Rob decided that his calling lay in wielding a long pole and making kids from high schools like John Jay, Billerica, BC High, and St. Johns Prep cry with his surgeon like checks and relentless attack. Always staying a few steps ahead of his competition Rob would molest you with stick checks like a homless Italian gypsy does when trying to sell you useless shit you don't need, take your candy, and leave you standing there wondering what happened to the ball and your dignity as he pranced up the field with both. Believe me I speak from experience. As a senior Rob was named Massachusetts Division 1 All American and got many looks from reputable collegiate lacrosse programs.
(notice the upgrade in steez and swag from his freshman year picture)
Outside of his love for the game Rob is a walking embodyment of the word Bro. Some of Rob's hobbies include playing frisbee, wearing pastels, playing video games, and listening to live Dave Matthews Band cds while playing air instruments to each song with extreme precision to each note.
(A little frisbee on the bro-haven of Marthas Vineyard)
At Penn State Rob is an active member of his fraternity KDR (Kappa Delta Rho for all you GDI's) and once served them as president. As you can see from some of the pictures displayed and the picture below Rob also enjoys tailgating like a maniac, dressing in his blue man suit, and cheering on any team that has the Penn State or Nittany Lion logo on it.

I know ladies, you all must be thinking,"I would love to get a peice of that skinny man action," who wouldn't? But you all need to back the fuck off because Rob is in a relationship with Chelsea Amaral (Penn State 2014). Chelsea, a very beautiful Mansfield town legend, met Rob in high school after a Xaverian hockey game when he gave her a ride back to her car. After texting eachother night and day and running up a texting bill that would make even Donald Trump quiver Rob and Chelsea began to date and the rest is history. Even though Chelsea and I have had our differences and she has been quoted calling me a "womanizer" and "ass hole" I still consider her a good friend of mine and think she would consider me the same.
Over my 4 years at Xaverian I also got the opportunity to become close with the Dion family. Although there are too many good memories I don't have the time or space to write about, I will sum up my experience with the Dions in one statement: These people are awsome. Mr. Dion (UNH grad) and Mrs. Dion (Drew University grad) are very warm generous people who I can hang out and talk with even when Rob isn't home. Rob definetly gets his talent of playing mind games from his father who is one crazy man whom I personally would never cross or enter into serious competion against. Although I like to tease Mrs. Dion any chance I get, I stand by the statement that Mrs. Dion is one of the most kind hearted and nice people I know. Rob's older sister Amanda and I have been prearrainged to marry in the distant future (a decision completely made without my consent) where Amanda will be a working woman earn all our money and spend it soely on me her trophy husband. AWSOME.

Rob's little brother Tommy (Xaverian 2013) is a little replica of Rob who even though at times can be a little shit is very talented guitar and lacrosse player who will one day be very successful at what he does, whatever that may be. Even though I mean every word of what I said I will never in person admit that to Tommy and continue to give him a hard time (love you too Timmy).
(Moving Like Bernie?)
(What a good looking family of skinny winners)
All joking and skinny comments aside Rob is one of my best friends and that is why he has been named top guy this week. He has been someone whose been there for me when I've needed a friend, always gives me good honest advice, and is someone at the end of the day I can count on to be there for me. Enjoy it Rob because next week your clock will strike midnight and your carraige will become a pumpkin.
